Name, User ID, Password, DP ID, Folio/Client ID, PAN, Demat accounts, Residential status, Legal Status, Email Id, Address, Date of birth, Estimated Income, etc. We collect information either with expressed consent and /or your desire to connect with us.
Use of your Personal Information
We use your Personal Information for the following purposes:  to create your user ID, profile creation, access cards including health cards and other statutory details;  To assist in the recruitment, selection and other associated processes including background verification by our authorized vendor,  To carry out various employer related activities if you are selected to join the organization and to enable us to ensure that we are compliant with any applicable labor and/or other relevant laws.  To communicate effectively with clients with whom we have existing business relationship or prospects with whom we want to develop a business relationship. For purpose of administering tax deduction on source for dividends paid out by PTC to its shareholders

We process your Personal Information when it is necessary for the purposes of a legitimate interest pursued by us or a third party. This applies in the following circumstances:  to identify you for communications and other follow up; and  to contact you and respond to your queries or requests; c. If you choose not to provide your Personal Information that is mandatory to process your request, we may not be able to provide the corresponding services.
Data recipients, transfer, and disclosure of Personal Information:

Your Rights:
 Subject to the laws of resident country, you have the right to access, correct, delete or transfer your Personal Information that we hold, including your profile and preferences on expressed communication to us.  You also have the right to withdraw this consent of processing your personal information.  However, where we have a legitimate interest processing your personal data (towards fulfilment of our contractual obligations) you may have limited rights on modification & withdrawal.
